Hi, I’m Cyndi O’Brien, and I’m glad you’re here. As a Certified Life Coach, I offer virtual coaching for both adults and teens, whether you’re looking for career support, life skills, or guidance through a big transition. Over the past four years, I’ve helped many people find their dream jobs, build healthier routines, and create a more satisfying life.

If you’re seeking career coaching, I can walk with you through every step — whether that’s exploring a new direction, finding better work/life balance, preparing for interviews, or polishing your resume. I also use career assessments to help you gain clarity about your strengths and passions, so we can move forward with purpose.

Beyond career support, I also provide general life coaching. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, values, motivations, and goals to help you navigate challenges and grow in the areas that matter most to you. That might look like building time management skills, improving executive functioning, learning practical parenting or relationship strategies, or finding ways to manage stress with mindfulness and meditation techniques.

At the heart of my coaching is a belief that you already have what it takes — you may just need guidance, accountability, and support to bring it to the surface. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and take practical steps toward the life you want.

In today’s world, where we’re constantly connected online, it can feel harder than ever to build genuine, meaningful relationships in real life. Maybe work, parenting, or the weight of past hurts has made it difficult for you to open up - or even to know where to begin. The relationships you want may feel just out of reach, and that can be frustrating and lonely. I want you to know you don’t have to navigate that alone. I believe that your life experiences - your physical health, your family history, your cultural background, your spiritual journey - all shape who you are and how you connect with others. Deep down, we’re all looking for relationships that feel safe, fulfilling, and real. My role is to help you better understand the different parts of yourself, learn to respect and nurture them, and use that insight to build the connections and peace you deserve. I work with individuals and couples on strengthening communication, building confidence, and creating healthier patterns that support lasting, caring relationships. Together, we’ll use practical tools you can apply every day, while also exploring past hurts or traumas that may still be weighing on you now. I value humor, authenticity, and collaboration, and I want our time together to feel like a safe, supportive space where you are truly seen. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey of growth and healing. Outside of our sessions, I’m grounded by family life. I love hockey - whether it’s watching a professional game or cheering on my own kids (both goalies!). My family and I enjoy camping in our travel trailer and spending time outdoors, and at home, our two dogs—a pit bull and a Great Dane/Lab mix—make sure there’s never a dull moment. I look forward to working with you, supporting your goals, and helping you build stronger relationships—not just with others, but also with yourself.

Hi, I'm Joshua Lund, M.A., LMFT, and I'm licensed in Illinois and Tennessee. My passion is helping people build stronger, more fulfilling relationships - whether that's with a partner, family, or even with yourself. In our work together, I use a blend of systems theory and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). What that really means is we'll look not only at what's happening within you, but also at the bigger picture of your relationships and how those connections shape your life. I work with couples, families, and men who are navigating challenges, wanting to improve communication, or seeking a deeper sense of connection. I believe real healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships and therapy can be a space to create just that. If you're ready to take the next step toward growth and connection, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. My coaching is grounded in empathy and deep respect for your story, because I believe real change happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My role is to walk beside you through the hard parts, offering steady guidance and practical strategies so you can move toward the life you want with clarity and courage. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, and it’s an honor to support clients through life transitions, grief, the impact of trauma, or simply feeling stuck and ready to grow. I also specialize in anxiety—whether it’s generalized anxiety, social fears, or performance-related struggles. In addition, I support clients who are navigating tapering or deprescribing psychotropic medications, bringing both personal and professional experience with benzodiazepine dependency and the unique challenges of the tapering journey. My approach is integrative. Together, we’ll blend existential exploration, acceptance and commitment strategies, somatic practices, person-centered care, cognitive-behavioral tools, and polyvagal-informed work. We’ll gently uncover the patterns and beliefs that shape your life, approach them with curiosity and compassion, and then translate those insights into small, doable steps that align with your values and help you build resilience over time. I bring over a decade of experience in mental health and social services, including residential treatment, wilderness therapy, outpatient case management, and crisis support. I’ve walked alongside adolescents, young adults, families, and adults through complex challenges, and I carry that experience into coaching with warmth, steadiness, and presence. I’m also completing graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands, which helps me bring the latest research and practices into our work together. Outside of coaching, I love the sun and the ocean—I’m even learning to surf whenever I can. At home, my beagle Gabe (my best friend and daily reminder to pause, breathe, and enjoy the simple moments) keeps life full of joy. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you in finding steadiness, confidence, and a renewed sense of self. You don’t have to do this alone, and we’ll move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
