In today’s world, where we’re constantly connected online, it can feel harder than ever to build genuine, meaningful relationships in real life. Maybe work, parenting, or the weight of past hurts has made it difficult for you to open up - or even to know where to begin. The relationships you want may feel just out of reach, and that can be frustrating and lonely.
I want you to know you don’t have to navigate that alone. I believe that your life experiences - your physical health, your family history, your cultural background, your spiritual journey - all shape who you are and how you connect with others. Deep down, we’re all looking for relationships that feel safe, fulfilling, and real. My role is to help you better understand the different parts of yourself, learn to respect and nurture them, and use that insight to build the connections and peace you deserve.
I work with individuals and couples on strengthening communication, building confidence, and creating healthier patterns that support lasting, caring relationships. Together, we’ll use practical tools you can apply every day, while also exploring past hurts or traumas that may still be weighing on you now. I value humor, authenticity, and collaboration, and I want our time together to feel like a safe, supportive space where you are truly seen. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey of growth and healing.
Outside of our sessions, I’m grounded by family life. I love hockey - whether it’s watching a professional game or cheering on my own kids (both goalies!). My family and I enjoy camping in our travel trailer and spending time outdoors, and at home, our two dogs—a pit bull and a Great Dane/Lab mix—make sure there’s never a dull moment.
I look forward to working with you, supporting your goals, and helping you build stronger relationships—not just with others, but also with yourself.
